Prentice sets Copenhagen targets

Environment Minister Jim Prentice officially set Canada's Copenhagen targets on Saturday, making them less restrictive than before, the Canadian Press reported. The last set of targets aimed to lower greenhouse gas emissions 20 per cent over 2006 levels by 2020, and the new target is to lower them 17 per cent from 2005 levels.
